Projemiz kapsamında 4 adet Multiplier Events faaliyeti aşağıdaki tarihlerde gerçekleşmiştir.

Konferanslar, tüm fikri çıktılar oluşturulduktan ve Mavi Platform kullanıma hazır hale getirildikten sonra gerçekleştirilmiştir. Etkinliğin amacı hedef kitlemize ve çok daha fazlasına Mavi Platform’u tanıtmak ve nasıl kullanacağı ile ilgili bilgi verilmesi, son kullanıcı geri dönüşlerinin toplanması olmuştur. Konferanslar sonrası geri dönüşler, sistemin düzenlenmesi ve güncellemelerine katkı sağlamıştır.
 
Katılımcı profili çoğunlukla özel eğitim alanında çalışan öğretmenler, idareciler, özel eğitim öğrencilerin velileri, kamu ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarının temsilcileri olmuştur. İzmir ve Ankara illerinde faaliyet gösteren tüm Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezlerine, Rehberlik Araştırma Merkezlerine posta yolu ile davetiye gönderilmiştir. Konferanslarda işaret dili tercümanı bulundurulmuş ve simultane tercüme yapılmıştır. Konferanslar projenin sosyal medya hesaplarında canlı olarak yayınlanmıştır.

In the scope of our project 4 Multiplier Events were held on the following dates.

ME1 – İzmir Conference 8th November 2019
ME2 – Mons Conference 12th December 2019
ME3 – Rimini Conference 25th November 2019
ME4 – Ankara Conference 22nd November 2019
 
The conferences were held after all intellectual outputs were created and Blue Platform was ready to use. The aim of the activities was to introduce Blue Platform to our target audience and even more people by giving some information about how to use it, and also taking the latest users’  feedbacks. Feedbacks given after the conference have contributed substantially to edition and upgrading process of the system.
 
Participant profile were mostly consisted of teachers who study in the fields of special education, administrators, parents of children with special needs, representatives of non-governmental and public organizations. Invitations have been sent to all Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers and Counselling & Research Centers in İzmir and Ankara via e-mail. Sign language interpreter was available at the conferences and simultaneous translation was made. The conferences were broadcasted live on the social media accounts of the project.
