O1 – Mavi Özel Eğitim Platformu

Projemizin ilk fikri çıktısı, Mavi Platform’un alt yapısını oluşturan Eğitim Yönetim Sistemidir (Learning Management System – LMS). IMPARK fikri çıktının lider organizasyonu, Mavi Pencere ve Paydaş katılımcı organizasyonlardır. Sistem çok kolay kullanılabilir bir ara yüze sahiptir. Proje başvuru dosyasında LMS için sadece Türkçe ve İngilizce olmak üzere sadece iki dil seçeneği taahhüt edilmiştir. Ancak duyulan gereksinim üzerine Fransızca, İtalyanca ve Romence versiyonları da hazırlanmıştır. Böylelikle projemizin yurt dışı ortakları kendilerine tahsis edilen Admin şifreleri ile gerekli gördükleri ekleme, çıkartma ya da düzeltmeleri yapabilmektedir.

Bazı teknik özellikleri aşağıdaki gibidir:

• İnternet bağlantısının olduğu her yerde çalışabilmektedir,
• Web tabanlı bir yapısı vardır, kullanıcı bilgisayarına kurulum gerektirmez,
• Tüm işletim sistemlerinde çalışmaktadır (Windows, Linux, IOS, Android),
• Güncel tüm web tarayıcılarında çalışmaktadır (IE, Chrome, Opera vb.),
• Tüm bilgisayar ve akıllı tahtalarda çalışmaktadır,
• Kullanıcı bilgisayarına yük getirmemektedir,
• Hazırlanan e-içerikler, MEB tarafından 2018 yılında Orta-Ağır Zihinsel Engelliler ve Otizm Sperktrum Bozukluğu olan bireylere yönelik öğretim programı hedeflerinin gerektirdiği bilgileri içermekte, içeriklerde gereksiz bilgilere yer verilmemektedir. Öğretim programının gerektirdiği yoğunlukla anlatım, zenginleştirici ögeler içermektedir.
• Sistemde yer alan, video, animasyon, etkileşim, soru vb. tüm öğeler konunun yapısı, zorluk düzeyi ve benzeri özellikleri dikkate alınarak hazırlanmış, hazırlanan her bir e-içeriğin süresi belirlenirken konuyu etkin bir şekilde anlatması hedeflenmiş, gereksiz uzatma ve tekrarlardan kaçınılmıştır.
• Önemli noktalar vurgulanmış, ipuçları ve hatırlatmalar gibi dikkat çekici ögelere yer verilmiştir,
• E-İçerik tasarımlarında görsel ve elektronik tasarım ilkelerine uyulmuştur,
• Ögelerde kullanılan ses kalitesi iyi, telaffuz düzgün ve anlaşılırdır. Sesler insan sesidir, robotik sesler kullanılmamıştır. Türkçe seslendirmelerin büyük bir kısmını ülkemizin en ünlü seslendirme sanatçılarından biri olan Sayın Toprak Sergen yapmıştır,

• Sistemde kullanılan ekranlarda yazı ve diğer öğeler (ses, video, grafik, animasyon, harita vb.) birbirleri ile dengeli ve görsel tasarım kurallarına uygun olarak yerleştirilmiştir,
• Her amaç ve alt davranış için eğitim seti ve değerlendirme seti ayrı ayrıdır,
• Uzun dönemli amaçlar alt davranışlara ayrılmıştır,
• Tüm içerikler Özel eğitim yöntemlerine uygun bir şekilde dizayn edilmiş, göster basamakları için ¾ ölçütü, söyle ve yaz basamakları için 1/1 ölçütü kullanılmıştır,
• Özel eğitim yöntemleri kapsamında bir pekiştirme sistemi oluşturulmuştur,
• Açıklama ve yardım pencereleri vardır,
• Ödev sayfaları vardır ve çıktı alınabilmektedir,
• Öğrenci seviyesine göre kişiselleştirilebilir yapıdadır,
• Sistem sürdürülebilir ve geliştirilebilir yapıdadır,
• Sistem; öğrencilerin gelişimlerini takip etme amacıyla raporlama sistemine sahiptir. Öğrencinin yazılımda (hangi derste, hangi amaç-davranışta) gösterdiği ilerlemeler kayıt altına alınıp sonradan istatistikî olarak incelenebilmektedir,
• Veli, öğretmen ve okul idaresi çocuğun eğitimle ilgili raporları görebilmektedir,
• Sistemde Türkçe Okuma-Yazma dersleri düzyazı şeklinde hazırlanmıştır,
• Sistemde öğretimler sesli sunumludur.

Sisteme giriş profilleri aşağıdaki gibidir:
 

1. Admin (Sistem Yöneticisi) – İçerik oluşturma ve etkinlik üretme başta olmak üzere sistem ile ilgili her türlü değişikliği, geliştirme ve iyileştirmeyi yapabilir.
2. Okul/Kurumu Yöneticisi – Kendilerine atanan şifreler ile okul veya kurumlarına öğrenci ve öğretmen hesabı tanımlayabilir, tanımlanan hesaplarda düzenleme yapabilir ya da silebilirler. Öğretmenlere öğrenci atayabilir, öğrencilere yönelik hedef-davranışları belirleyebilir, öğrencilerin hazır bulunuşluk seviyelerini girebilirler.
3. Öğretmen Kullanıcısı – Kendilerine atanan şifreler ile okul ya da kurumlarından öğrenci seçebilir, öğrencilere yönelik hedef-davranışları belirleyebilir, öğrencilerin hazır bulunuşluk seviyelerini girebilir, öğrencileri ile sınırsız ders yapabilirler. Sistem üzerinde öğrencisi ile ilgili notlar alabilir.
4. Öğrenci/Veli Kullanıcısı – Okul dışı zamanlarda öğrenci kendi başına veya velisi ile sistemi kullanabilir. Kendisine atanan ödev var ise ödevlerini veya ders tekrarı yapabilir.

 
Kullanıcıların sistemi nasıl kullanacaklarına dair tanıtım videoları hazırlanmıştır. Videolar projemizin web sitesinde, Youtube kanalımızda ve sosyal medya sayfalarımızda yer almaktadır. Hesap oluşturulan tüm kullanıcılara bilgilendirme amaçlı e-postalar gönderilmektedir.
 
Projemizin LMS’si IMPARK firmasının sunucularında barındırılmaktadır. Firma yetkilileri şirket ticari faaliyetleri devam ettirdiği sürece Mavi Platformu ücretsiz bir şekilde barındırmaya devam edeceklerine dair taahhütte bulunmuşlardır.

O1 - Blue Special Learning Management System
 
The first intellectual output of the project is Learning Management System which forms the infrastructure of Blue Platform. Impark is the leading organization of the intellectual and Mavi Pencere and PAYDAŞ are participatory organizations. Only two language options, Turkish and English, have been provided in the application form of the project, but based on the need, French, Italian and Romanian versions have been prepared. Therefore, foreign partners of our project can add, remove and edit sections with the Admin passwords assigned to them when they need.

Some of its technical features are as follows:

• It can work everywhere the internet is available,
• It has a web-based structure, does not require installation on the user computer,
• It can work on every kind of operating systems (Windows, Linux, IOS, Android),
• It can work on all kind of web browsers (IE, Chrome, Opera etc.),
• It can work on every smartboard and computer,
• It does not require too much loading capacity for user computer,
• Developed e-contents include the information needed according to the curriculum for individuals with moderate-heavy mental disability and the ones with autism spectrum disorder provided by MoNE in 2018 and there is not any unnecessary input in contents. It contains expression and enriching elements that are required by the curriculum.
• Items such as videos, animations, interraction, questions etc. in the system have been prepared by considering difficulty level, subject matter etc. and while planning the duration for each activity, it is aimed here to teach the content in an effective way without giving any unnecessary information or repetitions,
• Important parts have been highlighted, and it is included eye-catching items such as tips and reminders,
• Visual and electronic design principles are followed in e-content designs,
• Sound quality of the materials is good, pronunciation is correct and clear. Only human voices have been used, no robotic voices have been used on the program. Most of the Turkish vocalization have been performed by Toprak Sergen who is known as one of the most popular voice actor in our country,

• Texts and other items (voice, video, graphic, animation, maps etc.) used in the system are in a harmony within themselves and they are implented according to visual design principals,
• It containes training sets and evaluation sets separately designed for each objective and subgoal,
• Long-term objectives have been divided into subgoals,
• All of the contents are designed properly according to special education methods, 3/4 criteria for show it parts, 1/1 criteria for say and write it parts have been used,
• In the scope of special education methods, a reinforcement system has been created,
• There are description and help windows,
• It has printable homework pages,
• It can be customized according to level of the student,
• System has sustainable and upgradeable structure,
• It has a reporting system with the aim of monitoring the progress of students. The progress (in which lesson, which goal-behaviour) having been saved by the system, can be analyzed statistically later,
• Parents, teachers and school administration can reach the reportings of student’s progress,
• In the system, Turkish Reading and Writing parts have been prepared as a plain text,
• In the system, instructions are given voiced.

Profiles on the system are shown below:
 

1. Administrator (System Manager) - Admin can do every kind of optimization, modification and development particularly in terms of content and activity development.
2. School Administration Manager - They can open an account for teachers and students at their schools or institutions or they can edit or delete an account with passwords assigned to them. They can assign a student to teachers, set target behaviours for students and enter students' readiness levels.
3. Teacher User - They can select a student from their schools or institutions, they can set target behaviours for students, enter students' readiness levels and teach a lesson without any limit with passwords assigned to them. He/she can take notes about his/her students.
4. Student/Parent User - After school students can log into the system on their own or with their parents. They can do the assigned homework or make revisions.

 
Introduction videos have been prepared for users showing how to use the system. Videos are on the website, Youtube channel and social media accounts of our project. Informative e-mails are sent to every user who registers.
 
LMS is reserved by IMPARK. The company has given a commitment for having Blue Platform free of charge as long as their financial conditions are sufficient.
